Differences Between the Mister Rogers' and Daniel Tiger Rides at Idlewild - Pt. 1

This is part 4 of a 7-part series on Idlewild Park's former Mister Rogers' Neighborhood attraction. Read the other parts of my series on the ride here: Part 1; Part 2; Part 3Part 5Part 6;  and Part 7

Idlewild's Mister Rogers attraction was an amazing ride, but the current Daniel Tiger-themed version of the ride leaves some things to be desired. In this mini-series (within a series!), we'll be looking at the direct comparison between Idlewild's first trolley ride, Mister Rogers' Neighborhood of Make Believe (1989-2013) and the current ride, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. (2015-present) I apologize for the picture size; you can click each thumb for a larger image. Enjoy!

Once out of the tunnel, we see that the castle has been repainted. A Prince Wednesday flat is where King Friday used to be, and the real curtain behind has been replaced with a plywood
covering.

The treehouse structure remains, but the extra flowers and decorations have been removed. And of course, the houses themselves are now home to O the Owl and Katerina Kittycat.

Look out for part two tomorrow!
